GAS Bowstrings is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the archery industry. This is a great opportunity to get your start with a respected, industry-leading brand and be part of a supportive, hands-on team environment.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist with daily communications, process dealer and customer orders, and help keep timelines running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our production, shipping, and marketing teams to ensure every order meets GAS standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately
- Communicate with production and shipping teams to track progress
- Provide friendly and professional service to dealers and customers
- Assist with organizing and preparing for trade shows and events
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in archery or the outdoor industry is a bonus

Are you ready to turn precision into performance?
GAS Bowstrings is looking for motivated, detail-driven individuals to join our industry-leading production team as Professional Bowstring Builders. This is a hands-on role at the heart of what we do—crafting the world’s most unrivaled bowstrings for archers and hunters across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
• Measure, lay up, and construct high-performance custom bowstrings using our proprietary jigs and processes
• Apply end servings, center servings, and maintain consistent tension and spacing
• Utilize quality control checkpoints to ensure every string meets GAS performance standards
• Assist with stretching, labeling, packaging, and production floor needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Work collaboratively with our team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications
• Prior experience in bowstring building or string materials is preferred, but we will train the right individual with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of archery and bow anatomy is a plus
• Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet physical demands of light manufacturing
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive team attitude are a must
